On 2nd January 2008 at Hotel Sheraton the inauguration ceremony along with a press conference of BRAC Bank Remittance Service had been arranged to launch One Stop Banking Solution for NRBs with completely new business name “Probashi Banking Service” and a distinctive logo. In the launching ceremony, the Head of Probashi Banking Service Mr. Naushad Hussain, Head of Risk Management and Company Secretary Mr. Rais Uddin Ahmed and Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs Mr. Abedur Rahman Sikdar were present to officially launch the Probashi Banking Service with the new enhanced range of products and services in the presence of the print and media journalists
