Save Time using the Beneficiary list for all your transfers
Beneficiary: You don't have to key in other bank account details every time you initiate a fund transfer to another bank (BEFTN), bill payments or recharge.
Beneficiary is the person/party you want to transfer fund or make payment to using your BRAC Bank internet banking.
Previously, you could add beneficiary only for BRAC Bank account fund transfer and credit card payment.
With your new internet banking, now you can add beneficiary for-
Fund transfer to other bank account
Credit card bill payment of Other banks
Mobile top-up with any mobile operator
Alico Payment
Credit card bill payment of BRAC Bank,
Fund transfer to BRAC Bank account
Manage Beneficiary Within BRAC Bank
You can add/delete any BRAC Bank Account or Credit Card as Beneficiary
a. Select Manage Beneficiary Within BRAC Bank option from Fund Transfer & Card Payment menu
b. Select Beneficiary Type as Account or Credit Card
c. Write down the Account Number if your Beneficiary is an A/C holder
d. Account name would be auto-updated as you provide the 16 digit BRAC Bank Account Number
e. Write down a Short Name of your choice (Short name will help you to easily identify the Beneficiary for future transfer without looking into all the details).
f. Select Add Beneficiary if all the information you have provided above is correct.
OR
a. Type 16-digit Credit Card Number if you are adding a Credit Card holder as Beneficiary
b. Card Holder name would be auto-populated once you provide the Card number
c. Write down a Short Name of your choice (Short name will help you to easily identify the Beneficiary for future transfer without looking into all the details).
d. Select Add Beneficiary if all the information you have provided above is correct.
Manage Beneficiary of Other Bank
You can add/delete other-bank Account or Credit Card as Beneficiary (accounts of banks which are connected to BEFTN managed by Bangladesh Bank)
a. Select Manage Beneficiary of Other Bank option from Fund Transfer & Card Payment menu
b. Select Beneficiary Type as Account or Credit Card
c. Select the beneficiary’s bank name
d. Select the beneficiary’s branch name
e. Type Account Number if you are adding a Beneficiary as an A/C holder (Maximum 17digits/ characters)
f. Type Account Name of Beneficiary‘s A/C with other bank
g. Write down a Short Name of your choice (Short name will help you to easily identify the Beneficiary for future transfer without looking into all the details).
h. District and Routing Number would be auto-populated once you provide these information
i. Select Add Beneficiary if all the information you have provided above is correct.
Managing Beneficiary for Bill Payment/Top-up
a. Select Manage Beneficiary for Bill Payment/Top-up option Bill Payment & Top-up from menu
b. Select Beneficiary type as ALICO Payment
c. Type ALICO Policy Number
d. Write down a Short Name of your choice (Short name will help you to easily identify the Beneficiary for future transfer without looking into all the details)
OR
e. Select Beneficiary type as Mobile Recharge/ Bill Payment
f. Type Mobile Number of beneficiary
g. Write down a Short Name of your choice (Short name will help you to easily identify the Beneficiary for future transfer without looking into all the details)
h. Select the connection type (Prepaid/Postpaid) of the mobile number
