FAQ - AGAMI Student File Refer & Earn Campaign:
  1. What is AGAMI- Student File service?
    Answer:
    Any student pursuing higher education needs to send fund abroad for their admission fees, tuition fees, living expenses, etc. BRAC Bank AGAMI- Student File Service enables the student and his/her family to transfer the expenses comfortably without any hassle.

  2. Is there any designated Branch to open student file for being eligible in the campaign?
    Answer:
    A customer can refer to any BRAC Bank Branch to open a student file.

  3. Who is eligible to refer under this campaign?
    Answer:
    All existing customers of BRAC bank are eligible to refer under the campaign.
    • Has to be individual Account holder/Credit Card holder/ Retail Loan customer

  4. What is the reward for customer if they participate and refer under this campaign?
    Answer:
    Customer will receive a gift voucher of BDT 1000 for each successful reference

  5. How the customers will get their gift vouchers?
    Answer:
    Customers will get their gift voucher at their given communication address with the BRAC Bank Account.

  6. When the customers will get their gift vouchers?
    Answer:
    Customers will get their gift vouchers in the first week of following month against the total number of reference given in a single month.

  7. Is there any limit of getting gift voucher?
    Answer:
    There is no limit of getting vouchers. Customers can win unlimited number of vouchers against successful references.

  8. Does the referrer customer need to be present in Branch to be eligible in the campaign?
    Answer:
    A referrer doesn’t need to be present in Branch, he/she may just provide us the reference in email in the below format, after successful conversation of the reference, customer will be eligible for the gift voucher.

    In case customer, directly refers a student file in any BBL Branch, following information should be given at the top sheet of student file:
    Agami Student File Campaign Customer account number who has referred the file Phone Number of referrer customer

  9. What are the fees & charges to open a student file?
    Answer:

    For male students:
    • New file opening fee, BDT 5500 +VAT (One time Only)
    • Renewal fee – BDT 4500/- + VAT

    For female students (TARA):
    • New file opening fee: BDT 5000+VAT (One time only)
    • Renewal fee– BDT 4000/- + VAT

  10. In case of BRAC Bank Staff referring any Student file what needs to be done?
    Answer:
    Send an email to [email protected] with the following informations.
    Name of the person opening the student file Contact number of the reference Location of the reference Pin number of the staff who is referring Phone number of the staff who is referring

  11. Can a customer refer a student file if his/her account is tagged with the student file?
    Answer:
    The referrer must be a separate individual whose account will not be tagged with the referred Student file.

  12. Will Student file Agency owners be eligible to win vouchers through this campaign?
    Answer:
    The Student file agency owners are not eligible to win vouchers. However, student file agency owners can offer this additional benefit to their customer. The added benefit will be, any student they refer to us where student’s any relative holds an existing account with BRAC Bank will be eligible as referrer and hence the relative can win voucher.
