We are writing to notify you that your account with BRAC Bank currently has pending documentation requirements. To remain compliant with the Terms and Conditions of our Account Opening Guidelines and the Bank’s internal policies, it is essential that we maintain complete and updated records for all our customers.
Please be advised that if the required documents or information are not provided within 15 days from the date of this letter, we will be compelled to initiate the account closure process accordingly. To avoid this please update your missing requirements immediately by logging into our official e-KYC portal, contacting your assigned Relationship Manager, or visiting any BRAC Bank PLC branch at your earliest convenience.
In the event that the account is closed, the Bank will issue a Pay Order for the remaining balance after the deduction of any applicable charges. This Pay Order will be available for collection at your nearest branch upon the presentation of valid identification proof.
We value your banking relationship and request your urgent cooperation in this matter. Should the account closure proceed, we kindly ask that you destroy any associated debit card and unused cheque leaves, as they will no longer be valid for use.
