Believing that businesses deserved faster and simpler banking, he helped lead one of the Bank's biggest trade automation journeys. His team digitised 57 trade processes months ahead of schedule, transforming how importers and exporters bank with BRAC Bank. The initiative earned the Finacle Trade Innovation Award and laid the foundation for faster trade services. For 17 years, Mesbaul has helped build digital solutions that connect Bangladeshi businesses more efficiently with global markets.
