Background: bKash is going to launch some cashback and coupon campaigns to drive user base for Card to bKash/Bank to bKash (Add Money) services where under certain terms, customers who will enjoy cashback and coupon reward on the transactions made at this campaign.

- Cashout Coupon Redeem MOV: BDT 7000
- Coupon Validity: 7 days
- Coupon applicable on cashout service charge only

CAMPAIGN MODALITY & ELIGIBILITY
- The offers are applicable for all bKash customers
- Cashback/Coupon will be eligible for using App for the campaign
- Customers will be eligible to enjoy Cashback/Coupon offers for making required campaign transaction via bKash App only
- bKash reserves the right to bar any account from the campaign if any fraudulent activity is detected
- bKash customers with active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the offer upon successful C2W transaction completion into his/her bKash account (must be in Trust level 2 and Trust level 3)
- In case Cashback/Coupon disbursement fails due to any unknown/unforeseen reason except for customer account status issue, bKash will retry Cashback/Coupon disbursement manually for one time within 2 months after the campaign. If all attempts fail, no other attempt will be made, and customer will no longer be entitled for the reward offer of the campaign
- Customer is entitled to Cashback/Coupon for successful transaction from his/her bKash account
- bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions, merchant/outlet participation in any manner or cancel the entire campaign at any time without giving any prior notice
- bKash reserves the right to cancel Cashback/Coupon payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the customer has abused the benefit of the campaign
