2. Who is eligible for the Meet and Greet service?
The service is available for Mastercard TARA World Primary Cardholders. The primary cardholder may bring up to 3 accompanying guests under the same booking.

The cardholder must call 16221 or email cardrequest@bracbank.com at least 48 hours before the travel date. The request must come from the registered mobile number or registered email address.

A primary cardholder can avail the service up to 3 times per calendar year. Each use covers the primary cardholder plus up to 3 guests.

No. The Meet and Greet service is complimentary up to 3 times per calendar year
7. At which airports are the service available?
Meet and Greet is currently offered at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.
8. Can the service be used for both departures and arrivals?
Yes. Cardholders may request assistance for departure, arrival, or both, provided it remains within the 3 uses per year limit.
9. Can supplementary cardholders use the service?
No. The benefit is exclusively for primary cardholders. However, guests accompanying the primary cardholder are allowed.
10. What happens if the flight schedule changes?
Cardholders must notify the bank immediately. Last-minute changes without notice may result in service denial.
11. Is there any cancellation policy?
Yes. Requests must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows may be counted as a used entitlement.
12. Can the service be used for domestic travel?
No. The benefit applies only to international departures and arrivals.
