1. The Customer independently decides to avail the ERP solution/digital accounting software/application.
2. Customer acknowledges that BRAC Bank neither owns the application nor has any obligations related to the service of the application. In addition, BRAC Bank does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such software/application.
3. BRAC Bank shall only cover the cost of a one-year subscription to the ERP system for selected female entrepreneurs as a value-added service to WSMEs.
4. The Customer must review and agree to all privacy policies and terms and conditions stated in the application before the subscription facility is granted.
5. The Customer undertakes all services of such solution/software at their own risk.
6. BRAC Bank shall not be liable for any technical difficulties, data protection issues, data loss, or any other technical hazards of such software/application.
7. BRAC Bank shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use such software/application.
8. BRAC Bank reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue the free subscription for any WSME without providing any explanation at any time without prior notice.
9. Upon cancellation of the subscription, WSMEs may continue to use the application by paying for the subscription themselves.
I/We hereby acknowledge and agree that I/we have read and understand the above disclaimer for ERP solution/digital accounting software/app and further declare and affirm that by signing below, /we acknowledge and agree that BRAC Bank has no obligations anything related to any service of such software/application.
