About the Program:

At BRAC Bank, we are dedicated to grooming future-ready talent and advancing youth capability development to support long-term growth in Bangladesh. Our Internship Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world banking experience.

 Program Details:

Duration: 3 months

Monthly Stipend: BDT 15,000 per month

Eligibility: 

• Mandatory internship request letter from the respective university

Responsibilities: 

• Complete assigned responsibilities within agreed timelines under the supervision of line manager.

• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a proactive learning mindset. 

• Participate in assigned learning and development programs. 

• Maintain confidentiality of information and comply with the Bank’s internal policies. 

What we are looking for: 

• A strong interest in learning and professional development. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork mindset. 

• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong academic background with interest in banking, finance, technology or corporate functions.
