1. What is the offer?
BRAC Bank Mastercard cardholders can enjoy an additional instant 5% discount during payment processing on top of Shukhee's existing discounts when making purchases through Shukhee.
2. Who is eligible for the campaign?
The campaign is open to all eligible Mastercard Debit, Credit and Prepaid Cardholders issued by BRAC Bank in Bangladesh.
3. How can I avail the offer?
To enjoy the discount:
• Place an order on Shukhee via Website or App
• Ensure your order value is at least BDT 700.
• Pay using an eligible BRAC Bank Mastercard Debit, Credit or Prepaid Card.
• The applicable additional 5% instant discount (up to BDT 300) will be applied at checkout.
4. How long is the campaign valid?
The campaign is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier by BRAC Bank Mastercard or Shukhee.
5. Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes. A minimum order value of BDT 700 is required to avail the offer.
6. What is the maximum discount I can receive?
You can receive a maximum instant discount of BDT 300 per eligible transaction.
7. Can I avail the offer if I pay by cash or another payment method?
No. The offer is applicable only when payment is made using an BRAC Bank Mastercard Debit, Credit or Prepaid Card.
8. Can this offer be combined with other Shukhee promotions?
The BRAC Bank Mastercard offer provides an additional 5% discount on top of Shukhee's existing available discounts, subject to the campaign terms and eligibility criteria.
9. Is the offer applicable on all products and services available on Shukhee?
The offer is applicable on eligible purchases made through Shukhee. Certain products or services may be excluded in accordance with Shukhee's terms and conditions.
10. Are there any limits on the number of times I can avail the offer?
The offer is available during the campaign period, subject to the campaign terms and the maximum discount limit per eligible transaction.
