5. How can I avail the discount?
Cardholders need to use an eligible Mastercard to make the applicable payment at the participating BASECAMP location. BRAC Bank Cardholders are advised to mention the Mastercard offer while making a reservation or before payment.
6. Does the discount apply to both accommodation and activities?
It depends on the location. At BASECAMP Gazipur, Foy's Lake BASECAMP and Munlai, Bandarban, the offer applies to both accommodations and activities. At Air Force BASECAMP, the discount applies to activities only.
7. How does the discount vary depending on the time of year?
The offer follows two seasonal periods: April–September and October–March. Different discount rates apply during these periods, as outlined above.
8. Can I combine this offer with other BASECAMP promotions or discounts?
Unless otherwise specified, the Mastercard discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts or packages offered by BASECAMP.
9. Can I receive the discount if I pay using cash or another card?
No. To avail the offer, payment must be made using an eligible BRAC Bank Mastercard.
