Mastercard, in collaboration with foodpanda and participating issuer banks, brings an exciting campaign for Mastercard cardholders. Customers who order on foodpanda using their Mastercard can enjoy platform-wide deals and a chance for pandamart customers to win BDT 10,000 every day of the campaign. The highest spender of each day wins.

The campaign from October 10th to November 10th , 2026.
3. Who is eligible for the campaign?
The campaign is open to eligible Mastercard cardholders subject to the campaign Terms and Conditions.
4. What can I win?
pandamart customers have the opportunity to win BDT 10,000 every day, in the form of vouchers. The customer with the highest total purchase value on pandamart on a single day will be selected as that day's winner.
5. How many winners will there be?
There will be one winner per day, for 31 days in total, which means 31 winners across the campaign. Each winner will receive 10 vouchers (each worth BDT 1,000) a total of BDT 10,000. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
A single user can win only once during the campaign, ensuring 31 unique winners. Winners can redeem only one BDT 1,000 voucher per calendar month. Each voucher requires a Minimum Order Value (MOV) of BDT 2,000. Vouchers are valid only for grocery purchases on pandamart and cannot be used at restaurants or other shops on the foodpanda platform.
6. How will the winners be selected?
The eligible Mastercard cardholder with the highest total purchase value (Gross Merchandise Value/GMV) from completed orders on pandamart on a single day, paid with Mastercard, will be selected as that day's winner of BDT 10,000. A single user can win only once during the campaign, ensuring 31 unique winners.
7. What type of transactions are eligible for the campaign?
Only completed orders placed on pandamart and paid with an eligible Mastercard during the campaign period will be considered. Any suspected fraudulent activity, including canceled or refunded orders, will result in permanent disqualification from the campaign.

Winners will be contacted by foodpanda and/or Bank through official communication channels once the campaign ends (after November 10, 2026). Customers are advised to keep their contact details up to date on their foodpanda account and with their bank.
10. Can Mastercard, foodpanda or the Issuer Bank modify the campaign?
Mastercard and foodpanda reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw the campaign in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions. The decisions of Mastercard and foodpanda are conclusive and binding.
