When Uttam Adhikari joined BRAC Bank nearly two
decades ago, the bank's technology journey was still unfolding. Over the years,
he has helped shape the core systems that power millions of banking
transactions every day. As a recognised expert in Core Banking Applications, he
pioneered an innovative Finacle module that earned BRAC Bank recognition from
Infosys, demonstrating the Bank's ability to create world-class technology
through homegrown talent. He later led one of BRAC Bank's largest core banking
migrations using an entirely in-house technology team, a milestone that
showcased the strength of internal expertise. Today, as Head of Core Banking
Application, Uttam continues to strengthen the technology foundation that
enables faster innovation, seamless banking experiences and the Bank's
continued digital transformation
