This is a final notice regarding the property insurance policy related to your home loan with BRAC Bank PLC.
According to our records, the property insurance policy for the mortgaged property has expired. As stipulated in the terms and conditions of your loan agreement, maintaining valid property insurance coverage remains your responsibility to protect the property against risks such as fire, natural calamities, accidental damage, or other unforeseen events.
You are requested to renew your property insurance policy and submit a copy of the renewed policy to your nearest BRAC Bank branch, or through your Relationship Manager, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this letter.
Please note that failure to maintain or update the insurance coverage shall be entirely at your own risk. BRAC Bank PLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or future consequences arising from the absence, expiry, or inadequacy of insurance coverage. Any internal waiver, relaxation, or policy change by the Bank shall not be construed as providing insurance coverage or transferring such responsibility to the Bank.
No further reminders will be issued in this regard.
