For Avijeet Ray, leadership has never been defined by any barrier, but by the determination to keep moving forward. Living with polio since childhood, he chose to let his work speak louder than his limitations. Joining BRAC Bank as a Management Trainee in 2012, he steadily built a career founded on operational excellence, customer service and people-first leadership. As Branch Operations Manager in Tangail, he helped earn outstanding service recognition, and later, as Branch Manager, inspired his team to secure a third-place national finish in a major deposit campaign. Today, as Cluster Manager for Dhaka North and Mymensingh Region, he leads multiple branches, demonstrating that resilience, empathy and performance are the true measures of leadership.
