Activate your new card and create your PIN easily through Smart IVR
1. Call and Get the Link
Call the Call Center from your registered number and select Smart IVR. You’ll receive a secure Smart IVR link via SMS.
2. Open and Verify
Tap the link and verify your mobile number using the OTP sent to you.
3. Select Your Card
Go to Card and PIN Management → Card Activation.
Select your card type, choose the card you want to activate, and verify your birth year.
4. Enter Card Details and Set Your PIN
On the same screen, enter:
You’re All Set!
Once your details are successfully verified, your PIN will be created, and card will be activated automatically.
Your new card is now ready to use.
