Campaign	Customer will get the below for making a Bank to bKash transaction of exact BDT 9500 BDT 100 Payment coupon (redeemable at selected merchant list); Minimum redeem amount: BDT 1000 BDT 50 Cash out coupon; Minimum redeem amount: BDT 3000 Validity: 5 days for both coupon	25 Feb, 2026 00:00:00 hours	19 March, 2026 23:59:59 hours

NOTE:

Cashback/ Coupon offers will be applicable for bKash App through RPMT channels. 

Limit:

1. Customers will receive the cashback/ coupon as mentioned in the modality and duration section during campaign period only once.

3. Mentioned offers are applicable for bKash customers only.
4. The coupon will be eligible for use in the App during the campaign.
5. Cashback/coupon will be disbursed instantly upon successful transaction completion from an eligible customer’s bKash account.
6. bKash reserves the right to bar any account from the campaign if any fraudulent activity is detected.
7. bKash customers with active account status and sufficient balance can enjoy the cashback/coupon offer by making a successful transaction from their bKash account (must be in Trust Level 2 or Trust Level 3).
8. To receive cashback/coupon, the account status and incoming transaction of the customer account must be active. If disbursement fails due to account status issues, the customer will not be eligible for the campaign benefit.
9. If cashback/coupon disbursement fails due to any unknown/unforeseen reason except account status issues, bKash will retry disbursement manually one time within 2 months after the campaign. If all attempts fail, no further attempts will be made, and customers will no longer be entitled to the campaign benefit.
10. bKash reserves the right to change/modify campaign terms & conditions, merchant/outlet participation in any manner, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.
11. bKash reserves the right to cancel cashback/coupon payout if the particular transaction and/or the customer’s transaction behavior raises reasonable suspicion of abuse of the campaign benefit.
12. In case of any transaction reversal (full or partial refund), the full cashback/discount will be clawed back (if applicable). Thus it will be considered that concerned offer is also availed/consumed subsequently & customer will no longer eligible for same campaign offer.
